Data flows both ways: Mews feeds the CRM with operational data, and TriggerFlow tags, satisfaction scores and loyalty statuses sync back to Mews Commander — visible directly at the front desk.

From Mews Commander, open the Marketplace and activate TriggerFlow. An API key is generated automatically. Paste it in TriggerFlow (Settings > Integrations > Mews). Sync starts immediately via real-time webhooks. No developer needed, no file to configure. The entire process takes about 3 minutes.

The technical connection takes 3 minutes. Initial sync depends on volume: a few minutes for a 50-room hotel with 2 years of history. Activating the first workflows (pre-stay email, post-stay survey) takes 10-15 additional minutes. Total: a hotel is operational in under 30 minutes.

No. TriggerFlow reads Mews data and can write supplementary information (CRM tags, comments, satisfaction scores), but it never modifies reservations, rates or availability.
