Terms of Sale

Last modified on 11/02/2025

Article 1 – Purpose and Enforceability

These Terms of Sale define the conditions for subscribing to and paying for the subscription plans of the "Trigger Flow" Platform. They apply to all professional CLIENTS. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 – Plans and Subscriptions

2.1 Plans

  • Discovery: €0/month
  • Communication: €69/month
  • Conversion: €149/month
  • All Inclusive: €249/month

2.2 Sales Pages Commission

Transactions generated through the Platform are subject to a commission (between 5% and 15%). Amounts owed to the CLIENT are paid after commission deduction, on a weekly basis.

Article 3 – Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

The CLIENT subscribes to their chosen plan online, via credit card. Billing information must be accurate.

3.2 Pricing and Invoicing

Prices are indicated in euros excluding tax. Monthly or annual subscriptions are payable in advance. Invoices are sent electronically.

3.3 Refund Policy

Except for legal obligations (e.g., right of withdrawal for certain distance sales if eligible), no refund is granted in case of early termination. Amounts already paid remain acquired by the PROVIDER.

Article 4 – Duration and Termination

4.1 Initial Duration

The contract is concluded for 12 months, tacitly renewable.

4.2 Termination

See Service Agreement (Article 7). Any early termination for serious breach does not entitle to a refund.

4.3 Consequences

The CLIENT may request data export before the effective end date. The PROVIDER deletes data at contract expiry (unless legally required otherwise).

Article 5 – Liability

5.1 Best Efforts Obligation

The PROVIDER makes all reasonable efforts to provide the Platform, without guaranteeing the absence of bugs or the expected marketing effectiveness.

5.2 Limitations

The PROVIDER shall not be held liable for indirect damages. The compensation cap is limited to the amounts paid by the CLIENT over the last 12 months.

Article 6 – Revision of Terms

The PROVIDER reserves the right to modify the Terms, subject to informing the CLIENT (email, notification). Modified Terms will apply to subsequent renewals, unless the CLIENT refuses and terminates before the deadline.

Article 7 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse.
