SMS Messaging Terms — Opt-In & Consent

Program description

TriggerFlow is a SaaS platform operated by Utelys SAS that allows hotels and accommodation providers to send transactional, service-related SMS to their own guests. Messages relate exclusively to a guest's reservation and stay — for example: booking confirmations, check-in and arrival instructions, room or door access codes, tourist-tax payment, and departure information.

TriggerFlow does not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program, and phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How guests opt in (consent)

End users are guests of hotels that use the TriggerFlow platform. A guest provides their mobile phone number when making a reservation with the hotel — through the hotel's online booking engine, an online travel agency (OTA), by phone, or at the front desk.

By providing their mobile number during the booking, the guest consents to receive transactional service messages strictly related to their own reservation and stay. Consent is collected by the hotel at the time of reservation. Because these are transactional messages tied to a reservation the guest has actively made, the guest expects to receive service communications about that stay.

Receiving these SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

• Booking and reservation confirmations
• Check-in and arrival instructions
• Room or door access codes
• Tourist-tax payment requests
• Departure and check-out information
• Other notifications directly related to the guest's stay

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the reservation and the stay — typically a small number of messages per stay (for example, around the time of booking, arrival, and departure).

Fees

Message and data rates may apply, depending on the guest's mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out and help

• Opt-out: a guest can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. No further messages will be sent.
• Help: a guest can reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at privacy@trigger-flow.com.

Privacy
